Change for the best!

Finding a job in today's Philippines is one of the most difficult tasks you'll face. Although the qualifications are high, the job itself does not match the compensation offered. Many people are suffering as a result of this predicament. This also greatly affected the economy of our country. Because the unemployment rate has risen, the poor have become even poorer. Many Filipino workers prefer and opt to work overseas because of the moderate qualifications for a high rate pay. We need to take urgent action on this problem. The majority of young Filipinos want to leave the country and start a fresh life overseas. We need to rethink the way we think about what we will be if we work here in the Philippines. We need to change the mindset of Motherland's fair and sacred hope, the youth. Our educational system is sufficient to serve as the foundation for finding a well-paying career. The government should pass legislation requiring firms to make equivalent qualifications depending on the positions they are offering.
